I am quite 'facinated' (for want of a better word) by people who are obsessed with designer labels. I find it quite interesting and at times bizzare that there are people who, it seems, would give their lives to wear or own something that has the name of someone else on it! If a garment has a person's 'stamp' on it that makes the item worth more because it then becomes a name brand!
If designer clothes, designer shoes and designer bags are so desirable, my question is simple what about a designer life!!!
What if YOUR name had the credibility and pulling power that some of the big names possess?
What if the name KAREN ALLEN could command the attention of the world in the same way that ARMANI or CHANEL or PRADA or GUCCI does?
Well why not? After all who decides? Who decides what is a 'designer' label and how much it's worth?
If you could buy a LIFE of the shelf whose name would be on it?
I believe that if we spent even a fraction of the time and money on desgining our own lives as we do on the 'labels' of others we would soon recognise our true worth and cease living behind the mask of someone else's name.
There is no one like you!!! You are a 'name brand'! You have the potential to become a designer 'label'!
But how much are you prepared to spend investing in that which is an even more valuable assest - Designer YOU!!!
Make the life you would buy your own! Don't spend your life living someone else's dream.
Be who you are, Do what you love, Have what you want!

I didn't get your name apologies. (I'm still working out how to use blog sites I'm not even sure if this is the way to respond)
In answer to your question this particular event has not happened before however we do conduct events and seminars regularly. Oh as for the content we will be working with the women who attend to literally design the life they want to live in 2011. They will be given strategies on how to overcome obstacles, press through procrastination and find continual inspiration to pursue their dreams.
